Socks are needed for playing on the inflatables. We do sell socks if needed.
You can keep your shoes and socks on if you are only playing nerf.
Jump n Shout provides monitoring in all play areas but ultimately parents are responsible for the well-being of their children.
Yes, a waiver is required for each guest using the inflatables every time jump n shout is visited. Waivers must be signed when paying BEFORE children start playing. If you have already signed a waiver we keep it on file so you don’t have to sign it more than once, unless it gets archived.
Our inflatables are all certified and licensed by the Department of Agriculture. This requires us to do regular inspections and cleaning. Each inflatable is made of heavy duty commercial vinyl. We deep clean once a month and use hospital-grade disinfectant to clean with every day.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and cash. Unfortunately we do not accept checks.
Yes, tips are very welcome for our staff.
Yes. Any child wishing to play at Jump N SHOUT! needs to pay the entrance fee. Parents, grandparents or guardians are free once they have paid for the child.
Anytime during our open hours you can come and play! No reservations are needed.
Yes! If you want to go for lunch or dinner you may leave and come back. Just make sure to get a receipt from the front desk before you leave so that you can show that again when you come back in.
Yes. Parents or guardians need to be present while their children are using our facility.
Cake can be brought in but only when a party is booked.
Nerf wars are planned on Fridays from 5pm – 8pm. This is a good time when a lot of people can play together. The more people, the more fun. Nerf is also open on Saturdays and Sundays unless there is a nerf party happening at the same time. Please call ahead to find out if there is a party or not to avoid disappointment.
