- Are socks required?
Yes, socks are needed for playing on the inflatables. We do sell socks if needed.
- Is supervison provided in the play areas?
Yes, Jump n Shout provides supervison in all play areas but ultimately parents are responsible for their childrens wellbeing.
- How safe and cleanly are your inflatables.
Our inflatables are all certified and licensed by the Department of Agriculture. This requires us to do regular inspections and cleaning.
Each inflatable is made of heavy duty commercial vinyl.
- Is a waiver required?
Yes, a waiver is required for each guest using the inflatables.
- What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and cash. Unfortunately no checks allowed.
- Are tips appropriate?
Yes tips are very welcome for our staff.
- Do kids not wanting to bounce have to pay?
Yes, only parents, grandparents or guardians are free once they have paid for the child.
- Are we allowed to bring food in?
Depending on the purchased party package, a cake or cupcakes are allowed to be brought in.
Whether they are home made or store bought the ingredients must be listed and kept with the container.

- Is a deposit required?
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party. Balance of payment is due at the end of the party.

Yes parents need to be present while there children our using our facility.
